Trusti Technologies LLC operates trustiscore.com. For privacy matters, contact legal@trustiscore.com.
2. Information we may process
- The email address you enter to begin an assessment or demo.
- Your name, country, and responses you voluntarily provide during an assessment.
- Technical and public signals needed to generate, explain, or simulate the Trusti Score.
- Language, campaign attribution, browser, and basic operational information.
- Analytics or marketing data only when you authorize those cookie categories.
3. How we use information
- Create and maintain your session or assessment.
- Display the Trusti Score, its factors, and recommendations.
- Deliver requested results, communications, and early access.
- Protect the platform against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- Measure performance and campaigns when consent has been provided.
4. What Trusti does not request
The assessment does not request passwords or access to the contents of your email. Trusti does not sell your personal information to advertisers.
5. Service providers
We may use hosting, security, email, automation, analytics, and advertising providers. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are activated only in accordance with your cookie preferences.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the assessment, manage early access, meet applicable obligations, and protect the platform. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting legal@trustiscore.com. You may also withdraw cookie consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
8. Children
Trusti is not intentionally directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
9. Updates
We may update this policy when the platform or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
