Terms of Use
Updated: July 18, 2026
By using trustiscore.com or beginning an assessment, you agree to these terms.
1. Service under development
Trusti is a platform under development. Some features may be presented as a demo, beta, defined vision, or upcoming functionality.
2. Informational nature
The Trusti Score provides educational information about digital exposure and posture. It is not a credit rating, employment decision, financial product, insurance policy, regulatory certification, or legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. No guarantee of absolute security
A high score does not guarantee that you will avoid an incident. A low score does not confirm that an attack exists. Results depend on the signals available at the time of the assessment.
4. Permitted use
You may not attempt to compromise, abusively automate, copy without authorization, interfere with, decompile, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
5. User information
You are responsible for providing valid information and for not using third-party email addresses, domains, or assets without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The Trusti brand, Trusti Score, designs, text, methodology, software, and related materials belong to Trusti Technologies LLC or its licensors.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or remove features to improve security, accuracy, compliance, or user experience.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trusti will not be responsible for decisions made exclusively on the basis of a demo, or for interruptions, incomplete data, or third-party services.
9. Contact
