General information only
This Disclaimer describes important limitations applicable to Trusti Scores, validations, recommendations, organizational readings, product examples and related Trusti outputs.
It supplements the Terms of Use and should be read together with those Terms and the Privacy Policy. It does not replace contractual provisions contained in the Terms of Use.
Trusti content, Scores, condition readings, recommendations, validations, dashboards, examples and related outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes and to help users better understand digital conditions that Trusti can evaluate.
Trusti outputs do not replace independent investigation, professional judgment or advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.
A Trusti result should be considered together with its scope, available evidence, evaluation date, limitations and the purpose for which it was generated.
Not a credit score or consumer report
A Trusti Score is not a credit score, credit rating, consumer report or investigative consumer report.
GPGA Technologies, Inc. is not a consumer reporting agency.
Trusti, Trusti Scores, Trusti validations and Authorized Context results are not offered for determining eligibility for credit, housing, employment, insurance or another purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law.
An individual’s authorization to share a limited Trusti result does not authorize the recipient to use that result for a prohibited or unlawful eligibility decision.
Not professional, insurance or regulatory advice
Trusti is not an insurance product, insurance offer, underwriting decision, broker recommendation or guarantee of coverage, pricing, approval or eligibility.
Trusti does not provide legal, financial, employment, regulatory, compliance, technical-security, digital-risk or other professional advice.
Trusti outputs do not constitute:
- a legal opinion;
- a regulatory certification;
- a professional audit;
- a formal compliance determination;
- an insurance recommendation;
- a guarantee that an incident will or will not occur; or
- a substitute for professional advice where specialized judgment is required.
Users and organizations remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for decisions requiring it.
Limitations of Scores, signals and recommendations
A Trusti Score or related output reflects information and signals available to Trusti and evaluated under the applicable Trusti methodology at a particular point in time.
The available information may be:
- incomplete;
- delayed;
- inaccurate;
- unavailable from a particular provider or location;
- affected by changes occurring after the evaluation; or
- influenced by information supplied or authorized by the user or organization.
A high Trusti Score does not guarantee security, protection, compliance or the absence of a future incident.
A lower Trusti Score does not establish that a person or organization has suffered a compromise, acted improperly or will experience an incident.
Recommendations identify areas that may deserve attention based on the conditions Trusti can evaluate. They do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Trusti methodologies and product capabilities may evolve over time. A result produced under one methodology version may therefore differ from a result produced later using updated information, methodology or available evidence.
Trusti Verified
Trusti Verified, when available, may communicate that limited conditions or information were evaluated within a defined scope and validity period.
A Verified result:
- applies only to the stated scope;
- reflects the relevant evaluation at the applicable time;
- may expire or change;
- does not certify an entire person, organization, system or digital history; and
- does not replace regulatory certifications, professional audits, due diligence or other verification procedures that may be legally or contractually required.
The existence of a Verified result does not guarantee future conditions or outcomes.
Trusti Business and Authorized Context
Trusti Business provides an organizational reading based on conditions, signals and evidence relevant to the organization and the authorized scope being evaluated.
A Trusti Business Score is independent from a Personal Trusti Score. It is not an aggregation or average of the Personal Trusti Scores of employees, contractors, customers or other individuals.
Organizational examples shown on Trusti may be illustrative unless expressly identified as actual validated results.
Authorized Context
Where available, Authorized Context may allow a person to authorize the sharing of a limited Trusti validation for a defined organizational purpose and scope.
Depending on the applicable capability, that limited result may include information such as a Score, condition, evaluation date, validity period, authorized purpose and selected shared dimensions or verification information.
Authorized Context does not:
- merge Personal and Business Scores;
- give an organization ownership of a Personal Trusti Score;
- provide an organization with passwords or private account contents merely because authorization exists;
- provide unrestricted access to an individual’s complete digital history; or
- authorize use of the result for an unlawful or prohibited eligibility decision.
The receiving organization remains responsible for ensuring that its own use of a Trusti result is lawful, appropriate and consistent with the authorized purpose.
Trusti Compliance Check and Trusti Compare
Trusti Compliance Check may organize observable controls, evidence and relevant conditions to help an organization understand its current position.
It does not establish legal or regulatory compliance and does not replace an audit, certification, legal opinion or professional compliance assessment.
Trusti Compare, when available, may present compatible options, comparisons or relevant context.
Trusti Compare does not guarantee availability, eligibility, approval, pricing, discounts, contractual terms or any particular decision by a third party.
Neither Trusti Compliance Check nor Trusti Compare authorizes a use prohibited by the Terms of Use.
Third-party information, services and decisions
Trusti may use, rely on or link to information, systems or services provided by third parties.
Third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, changed or unavailable.
Third parties make their own decisions and control their own products, services, eligibility requirements, pricing and policies.
GPGA does not control independent third-party conduct and cannot guarantee the continued availability, accuracy or performance of services outside its reasonable control.
A Trusti Score, validation, recommendation or comparison does not bind a third party or require that third party to take any particular action.
Early access, pilots and illustrative examples
Some Trusti capabilities may be in development, early access, pilot testing or limited availability.
Such capabilities may change, be incomplete, be temporarily unavailable, be limited to selected users or organizations, be suspended or be discontinued.
Submitting an application for the Trusti Business Founding Pilot does not guarantee selection or participation.
Participation in a pilot does not guarantee a particular Score or result, a particular improvement, future availability of the capability, permanent pricing, commercial launch or continued access after the applicable pilot or early-access period.
Examples, sample Scores, dashboards, personas and product demonstrations are illustrative unless expressly identified as actual results.
