Who we are
GPGA Technologies, Inc. ("GPGA," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Trusti brand, trustiscore.com and related Trusti experiences. These may include Trusti Score, Improvement Hub, Trusti Verified where available, Trusti Business, early-access experiences, pilots and related products or services.
For privacy matters, contact legal@trustiscore.com.
Information we collect
Depending on the Trusti product, service or pilot, we may collect:
- Contact and profile information, such as name, email address, telephone number, company, role or title, organization size, organizational scope, objectives and information you voluntarily provide in communications, support requests, surveys or feedback.
- Account and authentication information used to establish, secure or maintain access to a Trusti experience.
- Authorized signals and information relevant to the applicable Trusti experience, which may relate to email, domains, accounts, devices, recovery, protection, exposure, access relationships or other digital conditions within an authorized scope.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, language, timestamps, referral information, security events and interactions with Trusti web experiences.
- Cookie, local-storage, pixel and similar-technology information subject to the choices described in our Cookie Policy.
- Derived information and Trusti outputs, which may include Scores, interpretation or condition bands, verification status, recommendations, progress information and contextual outputs.
This Privacy Policy does not disclose Trusti’s proprietary scoring formulas, weights, methodology or internal controls.
How we collect information
We may collect information directly from you; automatically when you use Trusti; from systems, accounts or sources you authorize; from service providers supporting Trusti; and from lawful public or commercial sources used for permitted Trusti purposes.
We seek to limit collection to information relevant to the applicable Trusti purpose and authorized scope. Trusti does not require you to provide passwords, private keys or complete financial-account credentials merely to obtain a Trusti reading.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, secure and personalize Trusti products and services.
- Calculate, organize, display and explain Trusti Scores and related condition readings.
- Evaluate authorized signals and relevant digital conditions.
- Generate recommendations, priorities and improvement paths.
- Support Improvement Hub, verification capabilities and progress tracking where available.
- Operate early-access programs and Trusti Business pilots, including organizational scoping and follow-up.
- Communicate with you, provide support and administer requested services.
- Authenticate access and maintain account or security state.
- Prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents; maintain operational and audit logs; and enforce our Terms.
- Improve Trusti, conduct research and develop or evaluate models, including through aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.
- Measure site performance and analytics when the applicable Analytics preference has been authorized.
- Use optional marketing or campaign-measurement technologies when the applicable choice has been made and the relevant functionality is configured.
- Comply with law, protect rights, resolve disputes and support lawful corporate transactions.
Trusti Scores are not offered as credit scores, consumer reports, insurance underwriting decisions, employment decisions or regulatory certifications.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, authentication, communications, email, security, analytics, customer support or other Trusti operations; to professional advisers; when required by law; when reasonably necessary to protect users, GPGA or the services; in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition or asset transfer; or at your direction or authorization.
Authorized Context
Where available, and when a person authorizes a defined organizational purpose and scope, Trusti may provide a limited validation or contextual result to an authorized organization. Depending on the capability, that result may include information such as a Score, condition, evaluation date, validity period, authorized purpose and selected shared dimensions or verification information.
Authorized Context does not merge a Personal Trusti Score with a Trusti Business Score. It does not give an organization access to passwords, private account contents or a person’s complete digital history merely because the organization uses Trusti Business.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
GPGA does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Some privacy laws define sale, sharing or targeted advertising more broadly. Where applicable law treats a disclosure or use as a sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activity, we will provide the choices and rights required by that law.
Trusti Scores and automated processing
Trusti may use rules, statistical or mathematical methods, models and automated systems to organize information and produce a Score, recommendation, verification status or related output.
Trusti is designed to provide structured and understandable readings of digital condition. A Trusti output is not necessarily an exclusively automated legal or eligibility decision and is not presented as a credit score, consumer report, insurance underwriting decision, employment decision or regulatory certification.
You may contact us to request clarification or correction of information you provided. Where applicable law provides additional rights concerning automated processing, we will handle qualifying requests accordingly.
Cookies and tracking choices
Essential technologies support functions such as language, consent preferences, security, forms, authentication and core site functionality.
Optional Analytics technologies may be used when you authorize Analytics. Optional Marketing or campaign-measurement technologies may be used when you authorize the applicable choice and the relevant provider or functionality is configured.
You can review or change available choices through “Cookie preferences” in the Trusti footer. See the Cookie Policy for additional information.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention may depend on the Trusti product or pilot involved, the sensitivity of the information, account or engagement status, security and fraud requirements, operational or audit needs, disputes and applicable legal obligations.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual. When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system, transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss or misuse will never occur.
You are responsible for protecting your devices, email accounts, credentials and authentication methods.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or portability of certain personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising; obtain information about certain disclosures; or exercise rights relating to qualifying automated processing.
We may need to verify your identity, authority or request before acting on it, and legal exceptions may permit or require us to retain certain information. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Submit a privacy request to legal@trustiscore.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” If applicable law provides a right to appeal a denied request, you may reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
United States and international users
GPGA is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use appropriate measures for the relevant processing.
Children and eligibility
Trusti services are primarily intended for adults. Unless a different arrangement is expressly authorized under applicable program terms, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account, purchase a plan or participate directly in a Trusti Business pilot.
Trusti is not directed to children under 13, and GPGA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances where the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act would apply.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Trusti, contact legal@trustiscore.com.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as Trusti products, practices or legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised version and identify its effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through Trusti, by email or through another reasonable method when appropriate.
